Grant’s Ferry Cove

Grant’s Ferry Cove is a 55 and older community. I designed the logo and website for it. I also designed an large brochure with multiple pages and a folder-pocket back on it for my hand-drawn floorplans , a few of my photos, and other information about the amenities and features.
