High Bar is a beautiful retreat in the woods along the Satilla River. It is currently for sale at about $1 million. I was asked by the listing agent to photograph it and produce a brochure for it that could be sent to potential buyers.

Covington Pointe
EOJ was tasked with providing some collateral material for a real estate subdivision that was targeted at first-time homeowners with families. This folder contained floorplans, maps, siteplans, and other information that the real estate agent could use to sell the property. The log was recreated and redesigned from a bronze plaque at the entranceway.
